El derecho del trabajo ante las situaciones de crisis económica

Abstract

El contenido y alcance que la política de empleo adquiere en su vertiente activa, esto es, dejando al margen las medidas de seguridad o asistencia social, comprende tres grandes tipos de actuaciones o medidas. Las primeras, seguramente las de mayor tradición, están dirigidas a dar fluidez y a favorecer el encuentro entre ofertas y demandas de empleo; el segundo tipo de medidas se dirige a favorecer la creación de nuevos puestos de trabajo y, en general, la apertura a mayores oportunidades de empleo; y el tercer tipo de medidas actúa, en cambio, sobre el lado de la demanda de empleo, con el objeto principal de acomodarla, en su cuantía y en su calidad, a las necesidades y circunstancias del mercado de trabajo. Al análisis técnico-jurídico, crítico y propositivo de aquellos aspectos de estas normas relacionados directamente con la protección de las personas desempleadas dedicaremos el presente Trabajo Fin de Grado. The content and scope that the employment policy acquires in its active aspect, that is, leaving aside security or social assistance measures, comprises three main types of actions or measures. The first, surely those of greater tradition, are aimed at giving fluidity and favoring the encounter between job offers and demands; the second type of measures is aimed at favoring the creation of new jobs and, in general, the opening to greater employment opportunities; and the third type of measures, on the other hand, acts on the side of the demand for employment, with the main purpose of adapting it, in its quantity and quality, to the needs and circumstances of the labor market. To the technical-legal, critical and propositive analysis of those aspects of these norms directly related to the protection of unemployed persons, we will dedicate this Final Degree Project
