Estudio de las características de los módulos relacionados con recursos humanos de ODOO

Abstract

Este trabajo comenzara con el estudio de los diferentes ERP, es decir, de los sistemas de planificación de recursos empresariales que se encuentra en el mercado, se describirán las principales características de estos sistemas y se hablaran de los principales softwares existentes. Estos sistemas se centran en la gestión de la empresa, pero en este trabajo se profundizará con en la gestión de los RR.H.H., por lo que también se hablará de software especializados solamente en esta área. Una vez elegido el sistema que será ODOO por las diferentes características que se verán en el presente trabajo, se procederá a realizar un estudio en profundidad de la gestión de los RR.HH. tanto teóricamente, es decir, explicando aquellos módulos que son necesarios para esta área, como prácticamente, se creará una empresa y se mostrará la estructura de la organización en ODOO, asimismo se expondrá todos los aspectos económico-financiero.

This work will begin with the study of the different ERPs, that is, the enterprise resource planning systems found in the market, the main characteristics of these systems focus on the management of the company, but in this work it will be deepened with the management of HR, so it will also talk about specialized software only in this area. Once the system that will be ODOO has been chosen due to the different characteristics that will be seen in this work, an in-depth study of HR management will be carried out both theoretically, that is, explaining those modules that are necessary for this area, as practically, will create a company and the structure of the company will be shown in ODOO, as well as all the economic and financial aspects will be exposed.
