Presentación de un caso clínico. Trastorno facticio

Abstract

Se presenta el caso clínico de una mujer de 23 años que se queja de bajo estado de ánimo y episodios de ansiedad. Quiere retomar su bienestar psicológico así como volver a realizar actividades con la misma motivación que antes. Se realizó una evaluación con varias entrevistas semiestructuradas así como varios cuestionarios. Debido a las contradicciones y confrontaciones se llega al diagnóstico de Trastorno facticio el cual es la falsificación de síntomas y signos físicos o psicológicos o inducción de lesión/enfermedad asociado a un engaño. Se optó por plantear un tratamiento sistémico familiar englobando a todo su círculo vital.

A clinic study about a 23 years old woman that complains about depression and anxiety is presented. She wants to recover her mental health, in order to be able of doing different activities with the same motivation that she had when she was younger. An evaluation was carried with different interviews and tests. Due to the different contradictions it is concluded that she suffers a Factitious Disorder. Which is the falsification of symptoms and physical or psychological signs or induction of injury/illness associated with a lie. It was opted to try a systemic treatment that involved all her vital circle.
