The present bibliographic review seeks to highlight the main investigations that have been carried out on older persons belonging to the LGTB group. Despite the fact that we are in the 21st century, homosexuality is still considered a rupture of heterosexual hegemony, which can lead to suppose that stereotypes and prejudices are maintained around the sexual orientation of people where homosexuality, together With the aging of these non-heteronormative people, it can lead to a double exclusion channel. Through the reading of the selected texts, it has become clear how sexual orientation has a transversal influence on the variables that conspire in an aging within exclusion and social discrimination. Finally, from the Social Work, the need and possibility for the inclusion and participation of the LGTB elder collective, invisible in many occasions due to forming a minority, and to build a better aging process is transferred.
