Resumen
[ES]Muchos son los autores y actores que han contextualizado y debatido sobre el Estado de Bienestar. Las primeras preguntas de este análisis se identifican con cuáles son los acontecimientos precedentes y que han lanzado el surgimiento del Estado de Bienestar, qué significa este concepto, y qué cambios y transformaciones ha traído consigo en la sociedad española. El principal objetivo del presente trabajo consiste en responder a los diferentes interrogantes y plantear una lectura crítica de los mismos. El contexto en el que se localiza es el de los tres últimos siglos, contando el actual, ya que se consideran los principales en la gestación y transformaciones del Estado de Bienestar.
[EN]Many authors and actors who have contextualized and discussed the welfare state. The first questions of this analysis is to identify which are the preceding events and have launched the rise of the welfare state, what is the meaning of the concept and which changes and transformations has brought in Spanish society. The main aim of this paper is to respond to different questions and propose a critical reading about it. The context in which it is located is that the last three centuries, counting the current one, because they are considered the key in the creation and transformation of the welfare state.
