“Desafío Mulhacén”. Propuesta gamificada de primeros auxilios en educación física

[ES]Como consecuencia del contexto actual donde las tecnologías forman parte del día a día, aparecen también nuevos contextos de enseñanza más activos y motivadores, donde el docente del siglo XXI tiene la labor de aumentar e impulsar desarrollo integral de sus alumnos, sin dejar atrás el fin prioritario del aprendizaje.
Bajo esta premisa, se plantea una propuesta educativa basada en una estrategia de gamificación, con el fin de provocar motivación e interés en el contenido de primeros auxilios en entornos naturales. Esta formación puede aumentar la posibilidad de prevenir accidentes y de salvar vidas tanto en el entorno educativo como fuera de este. El programa consiste en superar diferentes retos y niveles para lograr ser unos “Deportistas Extremos”. Está dirigido concretamente a 4º E.S.O, sin embargo, esta propuesta puede ser adecuada a otros cursos siempre y cuando se adapten los objetivos de cada etapa. En definitiva, este proyecto publica algunas ideas y recursos que puede servir como modelo inspirador para otros profesores.
[EN]As a consequence of the current context where technologies are part of the day to day, new teaching contexts also appear, where the XXI century teacher has the task of increasing and promoting the motivation and comprehensive development of their students. Under this premise, an educational proposal based on a gamification strategy is proposed, in order to provoke motivation and interest in the content of first aid in natural settings. This training can increase the chance of preventing accidents and saving lives both in and outside the educational environment. The program consists of overcoming different challenges and levels to become "Extreme Athletes". It is specifically aimed at 4th E.S.O, since the students already have specific capacities to deal with these contents. However, this proposal may be suitable for other courses as long as the objectives of each stage are adapted. In short, this project publishes some ideas that can serve as an inspiring model for other teachers.
