La muerte perinatal es aquella que ocurre desde la semana 22 de embarazo hasta 7 días después del nacimiento. La actuación de enfermería en estas situaciones y durante el proceso de duelo es imprescindible y sigue siendo un tema ‘tabú’ en algunos ámbitos asistenciales de nuestro país.
