Análisis de la situación del sector hotelero

Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar qué ha ocurrido con el sector del turismo durante la crisis económica. Para ello hemos estudiado los distintos tipos de alojamientos y hemos observado que el más importante es el hotelero. Las variables utilizadas son: número de viajeros, número de pemoctaciones, estancia media y grado de ocupación. Después de especificar las variables que se están estudiando, se analizan las distintas variables en relación con las provincias andaluzas, comunidades autónomas, por país de residencia y por categorías de hoteles. A continuación llevamos a cabo un análisis estadístico descriptivo realizando comparaciones. Por último lugar, la evolución temporal de estas variables se examinará durante el estudio, centrándonos en las provincias de Andalucía y sobre todo en Jaén.

[EN] The aim of this Dissertation is to analyze that has occurred with the tourism sector during the economic crisis. So we have studied the different types of accommodation and we have observed that the most important is the hotel. The variables used are: travelers, overnight stays and taking into account the average stay and occupancy. After specifying the variables being studied, both variables will be analyzed in relation to the Andalusian provinces, autonomous regions, by country of residence and by category of hotels. Then we carrying out a descriptive statistical analysis and make comparisons. Finally, the temporal evolution of these variables will be examined during the study, focusing on the provinces of Andalusia and especially in Jaen
