Revisión sistemática sobre la promoción de la actividad física y la alimentación como hábitos de vida saludable en los años comprendidos desde 2002 hasta la actualidad

Resumen
Con el paso de los años, se van realizando más estudios de investigación para demostrar la importancia de los hábitos saludables. En este trabajo fin de máster, se ha realizado una revisión sistemática sobre la importancia de los hábitos saludables, en este caso la actividad física y la alimentación para evidenciar los efectos positivos que tiene la práctica de dichos hábitos para un correcto desarrollo personal. En esta revisión se obtienen los resultados esperados por el investigador, se demuestra lo necesario que es evitar un estilo de vida sedentario en adolescentes de entre 11 y 18 años. Dados estos resultados, seguidamente se realizó una unidad didáctica desarrollando diferentes tipos de sesiones para lograr los objetivos esperados. En dicha unidad, se realizan diferentes sesiones en las que se trabaja el bloque de contenidos de condición física y motriz. Tras la realización de esta unidad didáctica, se llega a la conclusión, que para obtener un estilo de vida saludables y con ellos adquirir los hábitos, es necesario la implicación de las instituciones, así como también la del centro escolar.
Over the years, more research studies are being done to show the importance of healthy habits. In this master's thesis, a systematic review has been carried out on the importance of healthy habits, in this case physical activity and eating, to show the positive effects that the practice of these habits has for proper personal development. In this review, the results expected by the researcher are obtained, it is demonstrated how necessary it is to avoid a sedentary lifestyle in adolescents between 11 and 18 years old. Given these results, a didactic unit was then carried out developing different types of sessions to achieve the expected objectives. In this unit, different sessions are carried out in which the content block of physical and motor condition is worked. After completing this didactic unit, it is concluded that in order to obtain a healthy lifestyle and with them acquire habits, the involvement of the institutions is necessary, as well as that of the school.
