Resumen
[ES]Cada vez son más los usos que se dan en la actualidad de los vehículos a motor. Por ello, es necesario el empleo de medios activos de fomento de la seguridad en materia de tráfico y de lucha contra la siniestralidad vial. Esta es una de las funciones del Real Decreto Legislativo 6/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley sobre Tráfico, Circulación de Vehículos a Motor y Seguridad Vial. La finalidad del siguiente trabajo es la explicación de manera organizada de los dos tipos de procedimientos sancionadores que existen en materia de tráfico: el procedimiento sancionador ordinario y el abreviado.
[EN]The uses of motor vehicles are increasing. For this reason, it is necessary to use active means of improvement road safety and combating road accidents. This is one of the objectives of Royal Legislative Decree 6/2015, of October 30, which approves the revised text of the Law on Traffic, Circulation of Motor Vehicles and Road Safety. This job will focus on the explanation in an orderly manner about the two types of sanctioning procedures: the ordinary sanctioning procedure and the abbreviated sanctioning procedure.
