Resumen
[ES] El uso de las armas por los cuerpos y fuerzas de seguridad del Estado, debido a los efectos
que produce, ha sido un elemento de crítica social desde su origen. Debido a esto, el derecho,
tanto el derecho internacional como el derecho interno de cada país, ha pretendido buscar la
protección de los ciudadanos a través del establecimiento de normas y leyes que traten de
regular y controlar su uso, así como establecer la responsabilidad de los agentes policiales.
[EN] The use of weapons by State security forces, because of the effects it has, has been an object of public critics since the beginning.
