Resumen
El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado pretende sentar las bases para que una industria agroalimentaria como son las almazaras puedan desarrollar e implantar un Sistema de Gestión Energética. El contenido del trabajo comenzará con un marco teórico sobre los sistemas de gestión energética, la norma 50001:2018 que permite desarrollarla y las almazaras. Posteriormente se realizará un análisis exhaustivo del desempeño energético en este tipo de industrias, de este análisis se obtendrán las principales conclusiones, y por último se fijarán los pasos a seguir para que una almazara pueda implantar un sistema de gestión energética a través de la Norma anteriormente comentada
This Final Degree Project intends to lay the foundations for an agro-alimentary industry such as olive oil mills to develop and implement an Energý Management System. This content will begin to a theory framework about energy management systems, the ISO 50001:2018 standard that allows to develop it and olive oil mills. Later, a comprehensive analysis of energy performance will be carried out in this type of industries, in this analysis the main conclusions will be obtained. To sum up, the steps to be followed will be set so that it can be implanted an energy management system in an olive oil mill.
