Resumen
[ES] El sistema de dirección de las empresas ha tenido que evolucionar a la cambiante realidad económica ya que no es suficiente la adaptación pasiva sino que resulta necesario una adaptación activa, anticiparse a todos los inconvenientes que nos puedan surgir en una empresa, por lo que me voy a centrar en la empresa por dentro, en un tipo de empresa muy concreta, una alfarería.
Mi pueblo, Bailén siempre ha sido un pueblo artesano aunque también es uno de los pueblos más castigados por la crisis económica, esto ha provocado unos índices muy altos de paro y han cerrado varias empresas, aunque a pesar de esto, es una población con un dinamismo económico mediano que depende mucho de la actividad del sector cerámico y aunque han notado en consideración la bajada de ventas en los últimos años el sector cerámico ha sobrevivido a la tan dura crisis.
[EN] The managing system of companies have had to evolve to the changing economic reality due to the fact that it is not enough of a passive adaptation but it is required an active, one which anticipates all the problems that may arise in a company, not only the competition but within the company, so I am going to focus on the company itself, on a very specific type of pottery company. My town, Bailén has always been an artisan village but it is also one of the hardest-hit towns by the economic crisis, this had been led to very high rates of unemployment and several companies have been forced to close, but despite this, it is a population with economic dynamism medium much depends on the activity of the ceramic industry and although there has been a noticeable drop in sales in recent years it is one of the sectors that have survived so hard to crisis.
