Protección internacional de las personas víctimas de trata de seres humanos.

Abstract

La trata de personas es un delito que incide directamente sobre los Derechos Humanos de las personas, y consiste en el proceso por el cual una persona es engañad, sometida y explotada de múltiples formas, provocando que el ser humano se le imponga la condición de objeto. Además, se trata de un problema de gran magnitud que afecta a la mayoría de los países del mundo. Por ello, este fenómeno debe afrontarse no solo desde el ámbito nacional, sino también desde el ámbito internacional, e incluso, se deben poner en marcha, como se ha hecho, iniciativas extraterritoriales con el objetivo de prevenir, luchar y erradicar este peligroso delito. Así pues, el objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la eficacia de esta normativa mediante el estudio del concepto de Derechos Humanos, el de trata y su diferencia con otros fenómenos como la prostitución y la migración, la exposición de la normativa internacional y nacional de algunos países, las obligaciones que impone la misma, y la protección extraterritorial de la trata de persona. Human trafficking is a crime that directly affects the Human Rights of people, and consists of the process by which a person is deceived, subjected and exploited in multiple ways, causing the human being to impose the condition of object . In addition, it is a problem of great magnitude that affects most of the countries of the world. Therefore, this phenomenon must be addressed not only from the national level, but also from the international level, and even extraterritorial initiatives must be launched, as has been done, with the aim of preventing, fighting and eradicating this dangerous crime. Thus, the objective of this work is to analyze the effectiveness of this regulation by studying the concept of Human Rights, trafficking and its difference with other phenomena such as prostitution and migration, exposing the international and national regulations of some countries, the obligations imposed by it, and the extraterritorial protection of human trafficking.
