[EN]Research in social psychology on sexism has come a long way in the second half of the 20th century, from a single page on sexism (called anti- feminism) in Allport's (1954) classic The Nature of Prejudice, at the current rate of thousands of pages of academic work published each year devoted exclusively to this topic. Sexist attitudes and the concomitant violence against women is a problem of epidemic proportions. From a psychosocial analysis of gender, sexism is considered one of the main beliefs that maintain inequalities between the sexes and is related to gender inequality and physical and verbal violence against women. The present work focuses on a review of the literature on the relationship between sexism and problem solving in adolescence. The aim is to understand how this social phenomenon influences not only the evolutionary development of the individual himself, but also his socialization with equals, more specifically in everything related to conflict - skills such as negotiation or leadership - to finally present some intervention proposals focused on the educational field.
