Nutrición: dieta mediterránea, dieta saludable

Abstract

El presente TFM se desarrolla con el principal objetivo de que los alumnos tomen conciencia de la necesidad de seguir una dieta equilibrada y saludable. Nuestra dieta, la dieta mediterránea es el mejor ejemplo de ellas. La elaboración, abordándolo con diferentes metodologías didácticas activas y desde diferente materias, de cómo es su dieta, qué comen, qué tipos de nutrientes existen, qué es lo que deben y no deben comer en pequeñas y grandes cantidades, cómo se elabora una dieta saludable, qué es lo que beneficia a su salud, cómo pueden conservar los alimentos, qué información pueden obtener acerca del etiquetado de los alimentos, qué otras dietas saludables existen, etc...

The present work is developed with the main objective that students become aware of the need to follow a balanced and healthy diet. Our diet, the Mediterranean diet is the best example of them. The development of this Didactic Proposal can be satisfying a great point teaching -learning for students, approaching it with different active didactic methods and different subject, how is your diet, what eat, what types of nutrients exist, what they should and should not eat in small and large qualities, how a healthy diet is made, what is benefits your health, how to preserve food, what information can be obtained about the labelling of foodstuffs, what other healthy diets exist, etc...
