Resumen
[ES] El comercio de aceite de oliva está cada vez más globalizado, especialmente en aquellos países donde la producción de este producto es escasa. Países como Estados Unidos, Australia, Japón, etc. donde el consumo de aceite de oliva ha aumentado significativamente en los últimos años y su producción nacional es muy baja, necesitan abastecerse de países como España, líder mundial en este sector. El objetivo de este trabajo es analizar el comercio exterior de aceite de oliva, además de examinar las principales diferencias entre el comercio mundial, español y andaluz.
[EN] Olive Oil commerce is more and more globalized every year, especially to those counties where the production of this product is scarce. Countries such as USA, Australia, Japan, etc. where the consumption of olive oil has increased significantly in the last few years and its domestic production is very low, need to source from countries like Spain, worldwide leader in the sector. The objective of this final degree project is to analyze the foreign trade of olive oil. Moreover, it will examine the main differences between the Andalusian, Spanish and worldwide markets
