El objetivo principal de este trabajo es el de realizar una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre las propuestas existentes hasta la fecha para tratar el trastorno de ansiedad social, así como el de analizar la eficacia de cada uno de los tratamientos encontrados. Los estudios analizados fueron extraídos de los buscadores y las bases de datos Pubmed, PsycInfo y MedLine. Los resultados mostraron que a pesar de que existe ya un número considerable de programas de intervención, como por ejemplo IAFS, CBGT-A, SASS, SET-C y SET-A, éstos aún tienen limitaciones que hay que solucionar con el tiempo, pero que, en mayor o menor medida, se consideran eficaces.
The main objective of this work is to conduct a systematic review of the literature on existing proposals for treating social anxiety disorder, as well as to analyze the effectiveness of each of the treatments found. The studies analyzed were extracted from the search engines and databases PubMed, PsycInfo, and MedLine. The results showed that although a considerable number of intervention programs already exist, such as IAFS, CBGT-A, SASS, SET-C, and SET-A, these still have limitations that need to be addressed over time, but which, to a greater or lesser extent, are considered effective.
