Oleoturismo en la comarca de la Sierra de Cazorla

Resumen
Dada la importancia del sector productor de aceite de oliva en la provincia de Jaén y la creciente relevancia que están adoptando las actividades turísticas, más concretamente el oleoturismo, en este trabajo se pretende conocer las percepciones , actitudes y comportamientos de los residentes de la Sierra de Cazorla de cara al modelo del Oleoturismo. Para la consecución del objetivo se ha realizado un estudio exploratorio de carácter cualitativo, mediante entrevistas semiestructuradas a residentes de la zona de la comarca de Cazorla , Segura y las Villas. Entre los principales resultados obtenidos se puede decir que la potenciación del oleoturismo atraería mucha riqueza y muchos puestos de trabajo , para poder paliar con la tasa de desempleo y que esta sería una praxis beneficiosa para el medio ambiente, pues ayudaría a prevalecer y conservar el ecosistema de la zona.
Given the importance of the olive oil production sector in the province of Jaén and the growing relevance of tourism activities, specifically olive oil tourism, this study aims to understand the perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors of residents of the Sierra de Cazorla region regarding the olive oil tourism model. To achieve this objective, an exploratory qualitative study was conducted using semi-structured interviews with residents of the Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas region. Among the main findings, it can be said that promoting olive oil tourism would generate significant wealth and numerous jobs, helping to alleviate the unemployment rate, and that this practice would be beneficial for the environment, as it would help to preserve and conserve the area's ecosystem.
