Análisis de las exportaciones de aceite de oliva a Corea del Sur

Abstract

España, en concreto Andalucía, es la principal zona productora de aceite de oliva del mundo. El mercado nacional que caracteriza por presentar un exceso de producción que se destina a la exportación a otros países. La mayor parte de esta venta exterior va hacía países que forman parte del Consejo Oleícola Internacional (COI), aun así, resulta interesante realizar estudios para poder desarrollar su mercado en aquellos no miembros y que presenten una oportunidad de negocio. A partir de una amplia base de información estadística y bibliográfica se lleva a cabo un informe, que analiza, tanto la capacidad productiva del sector oleícola andaluz, como las oportunidades que nos ofrece específicamente Corea del Sur, con un desarrollo de las condiciones que definen la oferta y la demanda de este mercado. El periodo de estudio abarcará los últimos cinco años, que van desde el año 2014 al 2018. Spain, in particular Andalusia, is the world's main olive oil producing area. From a broad base of statistical and bibliographic information is carried out a report, which analyzes both the productive capacity of the Andalusian olive sector, and the opportunities offered specifically by South Korea, with a development of the conditions that define the supply and demand of this market. The study period will cover the last five years, ranging from 2014 to 2018.
