Resumen
Este Trabajo de Fin de Master, se ha elaborado para dar importancia a la alimentación en la etapa de la adolescencia, ya que para un correcto desarrollo y crecimiento es necesario que el aporte de nutrientes al organismo sea adecuado. Por ello, a continuación, se desarrollará una propuesta didáctica enfocada al tercer curso de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria para la asignatura de Biología y Geología. En primer lugar, se muestra la fundamentación epistemológica donde se describe las necesidades nutricionales de un/a adolescente para un desarrollo adecuado. En el caso de que la alimentación no sea la correcta, se continuará comentando las posibles patologías que aparecen con más frecuencia en esta
población. Por último, como el objetivo principal de esta propuesta es tener una adecuada alimentación, se propondrán mediante distintos métodos de enseñanza y aprendizaje, actividades interactivas y motivadoras para que cualquier adolescente sea capaz de elaborar una dieta saludable atendiendo a sus características fisiológicas.
This Master's Thesis has been prepared to give importance to nutrition in the adolescent stage, since for proper development and growth it is necessary that the supply of nutrients to the body is adequate. For this reason, a didactic proposal focused on the third year of Compulsory Secondary Education for the subject of Biology and Geology will be developed below. In the first place, the epistemological foundation is shown where the nutritional needs of an adolescent for adequate development are described. In the event that the diet is not correct, the possible pathologies that appear more frequently in this population will continue to be discussed. Finally, as the main objective of this proposal is to have an adequate diet, interactive and motivating activities will be proposed through different teaching and learning methods so that any adolescent is able to prepare a healthy diet according to their physiological characteristics.
