De la diferenciación fonológica al yeísmo: convivencia de variantes en el entorno rural salmantino

Abstract

[ES] Este estudio pretende hacer una conceptualización y contextualización de la situación actual del fenómeno yeísta, a través tanto de la revisión del estado de la cuestión y la investigación de sus causas lingüísticas y sociales- como de la realización de un trabajo de campo donde se llevará a cabo la recogida y el análisis de muestras acústicas. Su objetivo final es demostrar la inminente desaparición del fonema lateral palatal, incluso en un lugar en donde se creía todavía conservado: la comarca del Campo Charro, provincia de Salamanca.

[EN] This study aims at elaborating a conceptualization and contextualization of the current situation of yeísmo, through the revision of the situation of the matter along with the study of its causes -linguistic and social- as well as the performance of a field research in which the collection and analysis of acoustic samples will be developed. Its final objective is to demonstrate the imminent disappearance of the palatal lateral phoneme, even where it was thought to be still kept: the region of Campo Charro, province of Salamanca
