Proyecto de climatización residencia de ancianos

Abstract

EL objeto del presente proyecto es realizar la climatización de una residencia de ancianos, proponiendo soluciones que satisfagan las exigencias de ahorro energético, bienestar y seguridad, y comprobar tales exigencias con el Reglamento de Instalaciones en los Edificios (RITE). Para ello se ha llevado a cabo el cálculo de cargas térmicas de cada local y seguidamente, se ha procedido a buscar la mejor solución para climatizar. Se ha usado un único método de ventilación mediante recuperadores de calor y rejillas de retorno, y dos métodos para calefactar y refrigerar: mediante fancoils, y otro mediante suelo radiante.

The purpose of this project is to carry out the air conditioning of an old people's home, proposing solutions that meet the requirements of energy saving, comfort and safety, and to check these requirements with the Building Installations Regulation (RITE). For this purpose, the thermal loads of each room were calculated and then the best solution for air-conditioning was sought. A single ventilation method has been used by means of heat recuperators and return grilles, and two methods for heating and cooling: by means of fan coils, and another by means of radiant floor heating.
