Resumen
Este Trabajo de Fin de Grado se va a centrar en la realización de un análisis de argumentos extraídos de varios artículos sobre Laicismo y prostitución. El objetivo del trabajo será determinar, en función de ese análisis, cuál es el grado de solidez de los diferentes razonamientos (basándonos en su aceptabilidad, relevancia y suficiencia), y a partir de ahí, concluir cuál creemos que es la postura más adecuada que el laicismo debería adoptar con respecto a la prostitución, teniendo en cuenta si puede considerarse un “trabajo” que se ejerce libre y voluntariamente, y si sería conveniente regularlo/legalizarlo o no.
This Final Degree Project is focused on the analysis of arguments extracted from several surveys about Secularism and prostitution. The aim will be to determine, depending on the analysis, the solidity level of the different arguments (based on their acceptability, relevance and sufficiency), and from there, conclude what we think is the most suitable position that Secularism should take related to prostitution, keeping in mind whether it can be considered a "job" that is freely and willingly practised, and whether it should be regulated/legalized or not.
