La atención educativa al alumnado de AACC. Una propuesta de formación dirigida al profesorado de secundaria

Resumen
[ES]El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo sensibilizar, informar y formar a la comunidad
educativa sobre las características del alumnado con altas capacidades intelectuales y
su correspondiente respuesta educativa. Para ello desde la perspectiva de la Orientación
Educativa hemos confeccionado un Programa de formación específica al docente en ma-
teria de Altas Capacidades (AACC). La formación constará de diez sesiones en los que se
trabajarán los siguientes temas: detección del alumnado AACC, aprendizaje coopera-
tivo, cambio actitud ante el alumnado AACC, así como los procedimientos coordinación
a seguir con familias, centro y departamento de orientación educativa. Mediante el Pro-
grama de formación atendemos los tres ámbitos de la orientación educativa: acción tu-
torial, atención a la diversidad y orientación académica-profesional.

[EN]The objective of this work is to make aware, inform and educate the educational community about the characteristics of students with gifted youth and their pertinent educational response. For this purpose from the perspective of Educational Guidance we have developed a specific training program for teachers in highly gifted students. The training will consist of ten sessions in which the following topics will be worked on: gifted students student detection, cooperative learning, attitude change of teachers in the presence of gifted students, as well as coordination procedures to follow with fami- lies, center and department of educational guidance. Through the Training Program we serve the three areas of educational guidance: tutorial action, attention to diversity and academic and professional guidance.
