PLAN DE NEGOCIO PARA LA CREACIÓN Y PUESTA EN MARCHA DE UNA EMPRESA DEDICADA A LA PRODUCCIÓN DE ALFOMBRAS CON MATERIALES DEPORTIVOS RECICLADOS

Abstract

El objetivo de este trabajo es el desarrollo de un plan de negocio para satisfacer una necesidad que actualmente no está totalmente cubierta, reciclar las pelotas que se utilizan para practicar deportes como el tenis o el pádel. La vida útil de este objeto está limitada debido a que este material pierde sus características iniciales con rapidez. Es por ello por lo que se les pretende dar un segundo uso mediante su transformación en diferentes modelos de alfombras para su posterior venta a través una página web. Así pues, este plan de negocio se fundamenta tanto en un servicio de recogida de pelotas por la provincia de Jaén, como su posterior transformación y venta de alfombras a nivel nacional. Finalmente, se desarrollará un análisis de la viabilidad que determinará si esta idea es factible y conviene llevarla a cabo o, por el contrario, el negocio es poco viable.

The main purpose of the project is to develop a business plan which satisfies a requierement that is not fully covered yet. It is about recycling balls that are used while practicing sports such as tennis or padel, since their cicle life is limited due to the quick lost of their inicial characteristics. We would intend to give them a second life by transforming the balls into different models of rugs for later sale through a website. Thus, this business plan is based both on a ball collection service in Jaén, as well as its subsequent transformation and sale of carpets nationwide. Finally, a feasibility analysis will be developed that will determine if this idea is feasible and should be carried out or, on the contrary, the business is not very profitable.
