Resumen
El presente trabajo supone un análisis del proceso ambiental en la sociedad. Se pretende alcanzar alto grado de conocimiento acerca de la cuestión y se analizarán ciertos aspectos como la responsabilidad ambiental. Nuestro objeto de estudio va a ser el análisis de este régimen jurídico general contemplado en la LRM que prevé todo un abanico de instrumentos para hacer efectivo lo dispuesto en sus preceptos y prevenir y reparar los daños medioambientales causados a ciertos recursos natural. Además, hablaremos del papel de los estados signatarios en materia ambiental así como los distintos protocolos para la protección del mismo.
This paper analyzes the environmental process in society. It aims to achieve a high level of understanding of the issue and will analyze certain aspects, such as environmental liability. Our object of study will be the analysis of this general legal regime contemplated in the LRM, which provides a wide range of instruments to implement its provisions and prevent and repair environmental damage caused to certain natural resources. In addition, we will discuss the role of the signatory states in environmental matters, as well as the various protocols for environmental protection.
