MODELADO BIM PARA EL PROYECTO DE UN ESTADIO DE FÚTBOL SALA EN EL MUNICIPIO DE QUESADA (JAÉN)

Abstract

En esta Trabajo Fin de Grado se modelará un estadio de fútbol sala utilizando la metodología BIM. Inicialmente se levantará la parte estructural, colocando las zapatas, pilares, vigas, etc. Después, nos centraremos en la parte arquitectónica, colocando muros, techos, suelos, cubiertas, mobiliario, etc. El resultado se podrá observer por medio de vistas de renderización, las cuales serán generadas por el programa utilizado para el modelado, siendo en este caso Revit. Finalmente, se generarán las tablas de planificación, el presupuesto y los planos, dando un toque de mayor realidad a dicho TFG

In this Final Degree Project, a futsal stadium will be modeled using the BIM methodology. Initially the structural part will be raised, placing the footings, columns, beams, etc. Then, we will focus on the architectural part, placing walls, ceilings, floors, covers, furniture, etc. The result can be seen through rendering views, which will be generated by the program used for modeling, in this case being Revit. Finally, the planning tables, the budget and the plans will be generated, giving a touch of greater reality to said TFG.
