Cooperative learning in CLIL to teach history. Didactic proposal about Roman civilization for the 1st grade of secondary education

Abstract

[ES]La metodología del Aprendizaje Cooperativo ha demostrado ser una herramienta eficaz para trabajar no solo el contenido teórico de cualquier asignatura, sino también para desarrollar habilidades sociales como la comunicación y la resolución de conflictos. En este trabajo se propone el uso del Aprendizaje Cooperativo y de CLIL para la enseñanza de la historia. En primer lugar, se ha realizado una exhaustiva revisión bibliográfica para describir el estado del arte y se han explicado los puntos clave de la aplicación de estas dos metodologías a una clase de historia. UnUna vez explicados los aspectos teóricos, este trabajo presenta una propuesta didáctica para enseñar la civilización romana en el primer curso de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria.

[EN]Cooperative Learning methodology has proven to be an effective educational tool for working on not only the theoretical content of any subject, but also for developing social skills such as communication and conflict resolution. This thesis proposes the use of Cooperative Learning and CLIL for the teaching of history. Firstly, an exhaustive bibliographic review has been carried out to describe the state of the art and the key points of the application of these two methodologies to a history class have been explained. Once the theoretical aspects have been explained, this paper presents a didactic proposal for teaching Roman civilization in the first year of secondary education.
