Mejora del rendimiento académico y bienestar. Un programa de intervención para adolescentes.

Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo es comprobar si un programa de intervención basado en la autoeficacia, el autocontrol y la autoestima incrementa la utilización de técnicas de estudio y, además, mejora tanto el rendimiento académico como el Bienestar Subjetivo (SWB) y el Bienestar Psicológico (PWB) en una muestra de adolescentes de la ciudad de Jaén con edades comprendidas entre los 14 y 16 años y con un rendimiento académico bajo. Ésta se dividirá en un grupo experimental y en un grupo control, a los que se les realizará una evaluación en tres momentos diferentes: antes de la intervención, después y 6 meses más tarde de su finalización. Como resultado, se espera que se cumplan los objetivos e hipótesis planteados, haciendo que los participantes aumenten su bienestar psicosocial y familiar. También se espera que la mejoría de su rendimiento académico les facilite terminar con éxito la Educación Secundaria Obligatoria (ESO), evitando así el fracaso escolar.
The aim of this work is to verify if a intervention program, which is based on self-efficacy, self-regulation and self-esteem, increases the use of study techniques and if make to improve the performance academic, the Well-Being Subjective (SWB) and the Well-Being Psychological (PWB) in a adolescenct sample between 14 and 16 years old that lives in Jaén city and have a low performance academic.
