GESTIÓN DE RECURSOS HUMANOS: EL CASO DE LA COMPRA DEL GRUPO EL ÁRBOL POR DIA

Resumen
[ES] El presente Trabajo Fin de Grado se realiza sobre la gestión de los recursos humanos del
grupo empresarial El Árbol, tras su compra por la Distribuidora Internacional de
Alimentación (DIA).
El objetivo es analizar el proceso que siguió la compañía DIA tras la compra del Grupo
el Árbol en relación a las políticas recursos humanos. Ambas compañías tenían normas,
procesos y estructuras diferentes que tuvieron que igualar, al igual que las políticas de
recursos humanos. Por tanto se analiza en este trabajo el proceso de armonización de las
políticas de recursos humanos.
Para su elaboración hemos usado fuentes primarias y secundarias. En relación a las
fuentes secundarias, hemos consultado libros, artículos, convenios colectivos, diversas
páginas web, y sobre todo una gran cantidad de documentos internos facilitados por el
Grupo DIA, a los cuales les agradezco el detalle de facilitarme dicha información. Con
respecto a las fuentes primarias, hemos desarrollado entrevistas a personas que trabajan
en DIA y que con anterioridad trabajaban en Grupo el Árbol. A parte, del personal del
departamento de recursos humanos del centro regional de Jaén, que han tenido gran
implicación en esta reconversión empresarial.
La estructura del trabajo se desarrolla como sigue: en el epígrafe primero, hemos
justificado el Trabajo de Fin de Grado, definiendo el objetivo principal y los objetivos
específicos. También hemos definido el método del caso como la opción elegida para la
elaboración de este Trabajo de Fin de Grado. Hemos explicado el método y las
entrevistas realizadas y también se especifica la estructura en el apartado secuencia. En
el epígrafe segundo abordamos en el marco teórico lo que es el método del caso. En el
tercer apartado se analiza el estudio del caso de Grupo el Árbol, donde definimos la
historia, el proceso de compra, su dispersión geográfica, evolución económica, futuro de
dichas tiendas y las políticas de recursos humanos. En el cuarto epígrafe definimos las
conclusiones del Trabajo de Fin de Grado. Finalmente, este trabajo se culmina con la
relación bibliográfica y los anexos que cumplimentan la parte empírica.
[EN] The present end university work is performed about management of human resources that of the businnes business group “El Árbol”, after having being bought for by the international distribuitor of nutrition (DIA). The objetive is analyzing the process that the company DIA followed after purchasing El Árbol group in relation with the human resources politics. Both companies had different rules, processes and structures which had to match, as the human resources politics. So, in this work it is going to analyze the process of harmonization for the human resources politics. For this elaboration we had used primary and secondary sources. In relation to the secondary sources, we have consulted books, articles, collective agreement, several web pages, and in especially more internal documents provided by DIA group, whom I thank this detail. With respect to primary sources, we have developed interviews to people who work in DIA, and they had worked in el Árbol Group before. Apart from the personal of human resources departament of Jaén regional centre, who have had more implication in this business conversion. The estructure of this work is going to develop: in the first epigraph, we have justified this end university work, defining the principal objetives and the specific objetives. Also, we have defined the case method which the option chosen for processing this end university work. We have explained the method and the interviews and the structure has been specified in sequence paragraph too. In the second paragraph we have explained in the theoretical framework what the case method is. In the third paragraph we have analyzed the study of the Grupo el Árbol, where we have defined his history, the buying process, geographic dispersión, economic developments, the future of these shops and human resources politics. In the fourth paragraph we have defined the conclusions of the end university work. Finally, this work culminates with the bibliographical and the exhibits which filled the empirical part
