Resumen
[ES] He escogido este tema de investigación y desarrollo debido a las dudas que surgen a raíz de no conocer el funcionamiento de las empresas de trabajo temporal. Estas dudas ocasionan incertidumbre en la sociedad. A la vez, me parece interesante el desarrollo de este tema debido a la gran influencia que tiene en el mercado laboral y en la economía o finanzas públicas. Pretendo dejar claro cuál es el papel que tienen estas empresas, cómo se relacionan con las otras dos partes (trabajador empleado y empresa usuaria), así como las obligaciones y derechos del conjunto de partes. Se hará una pequeña introducción explicativa del porqué surgieron estas empresas y del porqué se legalizaron. La legislación más importante a tener en cuenta a lo largo de este trabajo será la Ley 14/1994 de 1 de junio de Empresas de Trabajo Temporal.
[EN] I have chosen this topic of research and development due to the doubts that arise as a result of not knowing the operation of temporary employment agencies. These doubts cause uncertainty in society.
