EL PODER JUDICIAL, LA EVOLUCIÓN DE LA JUSTICIA Y LA RESPONSABILIDAD DE LOS JUECES

Resumen
Después del período dictatorial, con la Constitución de 1978, España se configura como un Estado democrático de Derecho dividido en tres poderes, Legislativo, Ejecutivo y Judicial. El Judicial será la institución que va integrar la Justicia del Estado.
Este trabajo tratará sobre la integración del Poder Judicial en el Estado y su relación con los demás Poderes. Se analizarán las funciones del Poder Judicial, su origen y evolución hasta la actualidad, así como el control ejercido sobre esta institución y la legitimación que tendrán sus miembros para ejercer la potestad jurisdiccional.
Por último, destacaremos uno de los componentes más importantes del Poder Judicial como son los Jueces, intentando dar una visión de la posición que ocupan en la sociedad actual y de la responsabilidad que tendrán a la hora de impartir Justicia.
After dictatorial period, with the Constitution of 1978, Spain was formed as a democratic State of Law divided in three powers, Legislative, Executive and Judicial. The Judicial one will be the institution which goes to integrate the Justice of the State. This project talks about the integration of the Judicial Power in the State and his relation with the other Powers. There will be analyzed from the functions of the Judicial Power, his origin and evolution until the current importance, as well as the control exercised on this institution and the legitimization that his members will have to exercise the jurisdictional legal authority. Finally, we will distinguish one of the most important components from the Judicial Power like the Judges, trying to give a view of the position that they occupy in the current society and of the responsibility that they will have for the Justice.
