[ES]El sector del fitness, un sector potencialmente en auge debido al creciente interés por el culto al cuerpo
y la vida sana. De ahí nace esta oportunidad de negocio, Entrena 24¸ un gimnasio único en la provincia
de Jaén, abierto al público las veinticuatro horas del día y con un sistema de entrenamiento
personalizado, con seguimiento desde la aplicación móvil, asistencia nutricional y un amplio abanico de
clases colectivas.
El presente trabajo pretende realizar un análisis de todas las variables que influyen en la evaluación de
la puesta en marcha, así como de la viabilidad del proyecto tanto económica como financieramente. Se
recoge un análisis de mercado, un plan de operaciones, un plan de recursos humanos, un plan de
marketing, un plan económico-financiero y unas conclusiones finales.
