Resumen
Las organizaciones tanto públicas como privadas son la base de la economía mundial. Dichas organizaciones están así conformadas por equipos humanos y para que éstas funcionen adecuadamente deben existir incentivos que motiven a los empleados a obtener un mayor rendimiento. Estos incentivos suelen conseguirse utilizando técnicas como la gamificación. Este tema abarca varios apartados, primero se puede observar una amplia distinción de conceptos y tipos de personas que pueden llevar a cabo esta técnica de juego. Y finalmente un análisis y valoración actual dónde se observa que la gamificación crea cambios favorables en la empresa
Both the public secor and prívate companies are the base of the worldwide economy. These two diferent sectors are formed by suficient teams of people and for them in order to work adequately there must exist incentives to motivate employeesto be more productive and have a higher performance. The incentives are usually achived by using many techniques such as gamification. This topic covers several sections. First it can be observeed a wide distintion of concepts and people who can carry out this game technique. Finally there is an analysis and a current valuation where it is observed that gamification creates positive and favorable changes in the enterprise.
