This work focuses on carrying out an innovative educational proposal, specifically an educational project for the subject of Physical Education for the secondary education stage, where active methodologies are used, promoting more active, attractive and participatory learning by both students and teachers. In our educational proposal, above all, we work on the content block of physical fitness with the aim of improving it in students, as well as bringing them closer to and raising awareness of the importance of physical fitness in a person's life. To do this, the project-based learning methodology is used, which, together with the use of other methodologies, makes this project an innovative and realistic educational proposal.
