PREJUICIOS SEXISTAS Y RACISTAS EN LA EDUCACIÓN Y EN EL TRABAJO

Abstract

[ES] Este trabajo fin de máster se centra en estudiar qué son los prejuicios sexistas y racistas y como se abordan y son tratados en los ámbitos educativos y laborales puesto que estos ámbitos son un reflejo de la sociedad en la que vivamos para poder lograr una igualdad de oportunidades real. Una de las partes más importantes de este trabajo es ejemplificar cómo se puede tratar un tema transversal como es el de los prejuicios sexistas y racistas en la educación y en el trabajo en cualquier unidad didáctica del temario de formación y orientación laboral.

[EN] This weekend masters project focuses on studying what are sexist and racist prejudices and as addressed and are treated in education and employment areas since these areas are a reflection of society in which we live in order to achieve equal opportunities real. One of the most important parts of this work is an example of how it can be treated as a crosscutting issue is sexist and racist prejudices in education and work in any teaching unit on the agenda for training and career counseling.
