“De Frankenstein a V: el cíborg y el androide en la cultura”: un proyecto de fomento de la lectura y educación literaria a partir de un repaso histórico a la figura del androide y el cíborg en la ciencia ficción

Abstract

[ES] En el presente trabajo se propone un proyecto de fomento de la literatura y educación literaria para alumnos de cuarto de ESO en el que se realizará, a través de diversas obras tanto literarias como no literarias, un repaso por la historia de la ciencia ficción. La ciencia ficción, como género proyectivo y con una inherente voluntad de afrontar problemáticas humanas y sociales, se yergue como una buena base con la que incitar a los adolescentes a la reflexión sobre cuestiones trasversales. Se propone para ello el sustento en las lecturas políticas que se hacen de estos mitos de la ciencia ficción. De esta manera, se pretende animar a los jóvenes a leer y a reflexionar acerca de la literatura y su relación con los productos culturales de masas que consumen a diario usando como herramienta un género con buena acogida entre los jóvenes.

[EN] This dissertation presents an educational project that aims to encourage reading and thinking about literature by students from fourth year of secundary school. To achieve this, the project consists of an historical review of two of the main myths that are included in science fiction’s corpus: cyborgs and androids. In this project, the creative approach the genre provides regarding some humanistic concerns establighes a great foundation for students and teachers to discuss some the transversal content as equality among all humans regardless of race, ethnic, gender, sex or sexual preference using some philosophical and political essays based on these myths. Moreover, this educational project aims to take advantage of the general sympathy for the genre among the younger generations and encourages them to think about the similarities between the different cultural products that structure the scheme of this project and the ones that they are more familiar with.
