Evolución reciente y situación actual del mercado de trabajo en Andalucía

Abstract

El presente Trabajo de Fin de Grado tiene como fin el análisis del mercado laboral en España, en concreto en Andalucía. Conocer la evolución y la situación actual de este mercado. El objetivo es identificar los factores que explican el comportamiento estudiando las principales variables que influye en la economía Andaluza. El periodo investigado empieza en el año 2008 y finaliza en el año 2021. También consideraremos el impacto de la crisis sanitaria provocada por el COVID-19, donde España registra un descenso histórico del PIB del 10,8% dando lugar al segundo mayor retroceso de la economía de este país.

This Bachelor's Thesis aims to analyze the labor market in Spain, specifically in Andalusia. It seeks to understand the evolution and current state of this market. The objective is to identify the factors that explain its behavior by studying the main variables that influence the Andalusian economy. The research period begins in 2008 and ends in 2021. We will also consider the impact of the COVID-19 health crisis, during which Spain registered a historic GDP decline of 10.8%, resulting in the second largest economic contraction in the country's history.
