RELACIONES COMERCIALES INTERNACIONALES DE LA REPÚBLICA DE CUBA

Abstract

[ES] En este trabajo han desarrollado diversos puntos de interés para el emprendedor que trata de emprender acciones comerciales con la isla, teniendo en cuenta las especialidades que por su modelo socio-económico comprende. Entre ellos se encuentran el conocimiento del tejido productivo interno junto a sus principales socios comerciales para el conocimiento del desabastecimiento de determinados productos que pueden ser suplidos por agentes externos; encontramos también referencias al embargo estadounidense que afecta a su economía interna y que se fundamenta en diferentes leyes, sobre todo en la Ley Torricelli y en la Ley Burton-Herms, abordando temas tan importantes como su conformidad al Derecho Internacional. Importantísimas resultan las especialidades que se presentan en el ordenamiento cubano en el terreno del Comercio Internacional, debido al carácter marcadamente centralizado y soviético de su economía, las cuales no sólo se centran en el Capítulo 4, sino que se desarrollan a lo largo de todo el trabajo, centrándola sobre todo en el estudio de la Ley 118/2014 la cual oferta también el imprescindible documento del Gobierno central “Cartera de Oportunidades de Inversión Extranjera 2015”.

[EN] This work has developed different points of interest to the entrepreneur that wants to undertake comercial activities with the island, considering the specialities of the cuban socioeconomic system. Among them, is considered the knowledge of the internal production with it´s main partners to know the internal market-disruption of some products that should be suplied by the external agents; are also made some referencies to the northamerican embargo that affects to the internal economy of the island and is founded in the Law Torricelli and the Law Burton-Herms, also dealing with such an important issue as it´s accordance to the International Law. Very important are the specialities that we can found in the cuban system and his relationship with the International Trade, because of the central and sovietic nature of it´s economy, that are not only developed in the Chapter 4, are also developed along all of this work, mainly focused on the cuban Law 118/2014 that also offers the essential central Government document “Cartera de Oportunidades de Inversión Extranjera 2015”
