Resumen
[ES] Actualmente tanto empresas como consumidores están recibiendo
una mayor responsabilidad sostenible y son mayores sus
exigencias de cara a las empresas a favor del Medio Ambiente y la
Calidad.
Por ello este trabajo se analiza el comportamiento voluntario
generalizado de las empresas productoras de AOVES con respecto
a las certificaciones Medioambientales y de Calidad haciendo
mención a una empresa modelo en gestión y certificación de gran
prestigio en nuestra comarca llamada Castillo de Canena
[EN] Nowadays the entrepreneurs and the consumers are receiving more sustainable responsibilities and their exigencies with the companies are bigger regarding to the environment. Therefore, the generalized performance of the extra virgin olive oil producer is analysed in this project in relation to the environmental and quality ce1iifications referring to an exemplary company in management and certifi cation with a large prestige in our region, called Castillo de Canena.
