Resumen
[ES]Este trabajo se ha realizado con el objetivo de conocer las
preferencias de los clientes y potenciales clientes de los distintos
tipos de envase para la leche COVAP, debido a que se ha
mantenido el mismo envase durante un gran periodo de la historia
de esta empresa.
Por ello se hizo un estudio mediante encuesta a 90 personas de la
provincia de Córdoba, Jaén y Badajoz, aprovechando que son las
provincias donde más se comercializa esta leche, proponiendo dos
tipos de envases, uno antiguo y otro nuevo, valorando diferentes
parámetros como: forma, diseño, color, etc. Durante el periodo del
19 abril al 5 de mayo del 2016.
Finalmente según los resultados obtenidos, se ofrecen un conjunto
de propuesta para mejorar el nuevo diseño de envase.
[EN]The main goal of this project is knowing both current and prospective customers' preferences in relation to the different kinds of COVAP milk containers, due to the fact that this enterprise has maintained the same ones over a long period of time. For this reason, a survey study of 90 people from Córdoba, Jaén and Badajoz was conducted from 19th April to 5th May, 2016, taking into account that these are the three regions where COVAP milk is most marketed. Two different containers were offered, an old and a new one, and several features were valued, such as form, design or color. Finally, according to the results obtained, a set of proposals with the objective of improving the new container design is suggested.
