Literature-based CLIL Didactic Unit for the First Grade of Primary Education

Abstract

[ES] El presente trabajo fin de máster (TFM) es una Unidad didáctica AICLE (aprendizaje integrado de contenidos y lenguas extranjeras) para primero de primaria, del área de ciencias naturales siguiendo el currículo catalán. La propuesta se basa en el aprendizaje por proyectos, partiendo de la literatura infantil como principal fuente de motivación y contextualización del lenguaje. La atención a la diversidad será de especial importancia, por lo que el Diseño Universal de Aprendizaje será aplicado.

[EN]The present Masters Dissertation (MD) is a CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) Didactic Unit for 1st grade of Primary education, for the area of Environmental knowledge, following the Catalan curricula. It is a project-based proposal, stemming from children's literature as the main source of motivation and language contextualisation. Attention to diversity will be of special importance, and therefore Universal Design for Learning will be applied.
