Resumen
Las personas que viven en un clima constante de hostilidad cargan con una serie de experiencias de fuerte intensidad emocional, que posibilita un desarrollo deficiente de las competencias emocionales. La importancia de la inteligencia emocional en la población general, y más en casos de población en conflictos sociopolíticos, significa una realidad que implica el hecho de ofrecer la capacidad de mejorar y optimizar la manera de interrelacionarse entre los individuos y a su vez, permite gestionar de una manera más adaptativa las situaciones de estrés. Siguiendo el modelo de Inteligencia Emocional de habilidad de Mayer y Salovey (1997) se propone realizar una intervención basada en una adaptación del programa INTEMO. Su finalidad es mejorar la percepción, expresión, comprensión y regulación emocional, bienestar psicológico y salud mental en aulas de menores entre 14 y 16 años en escuelas perteneciente a la UNRWA, localizados en la Franja de Gaza.

Emotional intelligence are important between population, about all people that are living in socio political conflict. It is known that the knowledge in emotional intelligence it is mean to be able to improve and maximize the choice to interact with other. The trainament in emotional intelligence also allows management the most adaptive way in stress situation. In this project will be worked with the INTEMO program for teenegers following the Mayer y Salovey Skill Model (1997). The program is focused on improving de perception, expresion, understanding and emotional regulation in spite of well-being and mental health in students of UNRWA, in refugee camp in Gaza’s street, Palestine.
