Resumen
El objetivo de este trabajo ha sido conocer el nivel de bienestar a través de la felicidad subjetiva y la satisfacción con la vida de los trabajadores de Gestamp Linares y compararlo con su nivel de satisfacción laboral. Además también se realizaron análisis entre edad, antigüedad en la empresa y formación académica. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 67 participantes. Las variables medidas fueron satisfacción con la vida, felicidad subjetiva y satisfacción laboral. El resultado final nos indica que la satisfacción con la vida y la felicidad subjetiva son altas dentro de la empresa, por lo tanto los trabajadores están felices y satisfechos con sus vidas. Por otro lado, los participantes reportan un nivel medio de satisfacción laboral. Acerca de su relación hemos comprobado que las tres variables estudiadas tienen una correlación significativa entre sí, comprobándose que la satisfacción laboral influye en la felicidad y la satisfacción general de las personas.

The final result indicates us that satisfaction with the lite and the subjective happiness they are high inslde the cornpany, therefore the workers are happy and satisfied with his lives. On the other hand, the participants bring an average level of satisfaction it works. lt brings over of his relation we have verified that three studied variables have a significant correlation between yes, being verified that the labor satisfaction influences the happiness and general satisfaction of the persons.
