Es necesario destacar cuál es el papel de la mujer dentro del mercado laboral, primero realizando un recorrido por la historia y luego analizando cuál es la situación actual.This dissertation delves into labour and family conciliation in Spain, by analysing the regulations, jurisprudence and different national and international documents. Different reports and documents have been used on this research in order to further consider and analyze the above-mentioned problem. The role of women in the labour market should be pointed out.
