Asimismo, se analiza su funcionamiento y los principales mercados para sus productos. Entre las cooperativas a estudiar destacan “Dcoop” una cooperativa de segundo grado de Antequera, en Málaga y dos cooperativas de primer grado como son “San Isidro” y “La Salud”, ambas de la localidad cordobesa de Castro del Río. This work aims to show the current situation of the Andalusian olive oil cooperatives, during the years 2013 and 2018. It also analyzes their operation and the main markets for their products.
