En esta unidad didáctica hemos querido combinar la estadística en la valoración de la condición física. Por tan􀁱o, a la hora de realizar esta valoración, necesitamos ser objetivos con nuestros resultados, solo así podemos saber dónde nos encontramos y hacia dónde queremos ir dentro de la actividad física. Para ello, haremos uso de tablas de frecuencias relativas, trabajaremos con medidas de centralización, frecuencias relativas o tantos por ciento, percentiles, un gráfico de barras y un gráfico lineal, con el que nuestros alumnos podrán observar su propia evolución en una de las pruebas físicas.This didactic unit highlights the importance of statistics in our daily lives, so much so that another subject such as physical education and sport in general, needs its contribution to provide us with rigor. In this didactic unit we wanted to combine the statistics in the assessment of the physical condition. Therefore, at the time of making this assessment, we need to be objective with our results, only then can we know where we are and where we want within physical activity.
