El contenido del trabajo comenzará con un marco teórico sobre los sistemas de gestión energética, la norma 50001:2018 que permite desarrollarla y las almazaras. Posteriormente se realizará un análisis exhaustivo del desempeño energético en este tipo de industrias, de este análisis se obtendrán las principales conclusiones, y por último se fijarán los pasos a seguir para que una almazara pueda implantar un sistema de gestión energética a través de la Norma anteriormente comentadaThis Final Degree Project intends to lay the foundations for an agro-alimentary industry such as olive oil mills to develop and implement an Energý Management System. This content will begin to a theory framework about energy management systems, the ISO 50001:2018 standard that allows to develop it and olive oil mills. Later, a comprehensive analysis of energy performance will be carried out in this type of industries, in this analysis the main conclusions will be obtained.
