[EN] The emergence of a new unprecedented global pandemic caused by COVID-19 prompted the arrival of confinement and subsequent adoption of restrictions that made it difficult for young people to practice physical activity and, at the same time, enhanced both inactivity and the adoption of sedentary lifestyles. Consequently, there were large reductions in lower limb strength and power among the youngest. For this reason, it arises the need to develop a teaching unit based on the performance of activities that promote greater muscular activity based on the work of strength and power through the vertical jump. This proposal will be conducted to all 3rd secondary courses with a total of 10 sessions distributed over 5 weeks in which three blocks will be worked (cooperative challenges, jump rope and mini trampoline jump).
